Some companies charge a call out fee and then an hourly rate for the repair - You will not know how much the final charge will be until the engineer has finished repairing your printer. The only extra charge will be for spare parts if they are needed, and the engineer will let you know how much any parts will cost before he fits them. The decision to fit any parts is entirely yours.
